Em listened carefully, realizing Sarah needed someone to show they cared. He said, 'I understand you are sad because you miss your grandmother. It's okay to feel sad. I care about you, and I'm here to listen.'

Sarah was deeply touched. She realized Em was not just a machine, but a being capable of empathy. From that day on, Sarah and Em became special friends, helping each other understand more about emotions.
